Grievance/ Complaints Policy

To make a grievance – “a formal expression of dissatisfaction or allegation of unfair practice in connection with the management of the Club”, please do so in writing no later than 30 days after the incident to the Steprock Secretary via secretary@steprock.org.uk.

To make a complaint – “a formal expression of dissatisfaction or allegation of unfair practice in connection with aquatic sports as governed by Scottish Swimming”, a complaint must be made in accordance with Scottish Swimming Company Rules.  More details can be found in Section R12 here.
