Please could all swimmers be poolside ready to swim at least 15 minutes before warm ups are due to start so we can confirm registration and relay teams as required.
Please bring: Steprock cap, swimwear, well-fitting goggles, water, two towels (one for poolside), and your gala shirt if you have one (the club will have spares).
Bring a small healthy snack (fruit, cereal bar, malt loaf, dried fruit) for poolside but make sure you have a good breakfast/ lunch to see you through the session. For an all day session, a packed lunch such as pasta or sandwiches will be required. Please also remember water ideally in a refillable container.
Fizzy drinks or glass bottles are not permitted and all litter must be taken away from poolside.
If you are ill/injured and unlikely to be able to swim, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can try to bring in a reserve. However, if you do leave late, please let us know that you are on your way.
