FLASH TIMES IN SECONDS (NOVICE LEAGUES ONLY)
Once a swimmer flashes (beats the set swim time) they may not swim the same stroke in the same event at the league in which they flash. Swimmers who achieve the flash time in the Novice events can either swim up an age group or transfer to the Fife Leagues in the next round for the flashed events. Swimmers cannot swim in both the Novice and Fife leagues on the same day.
